There are eight levels of corporate sponsorship for The Teton Hand and Upper Extremity Conference 2011.
Level I (Platinum Sponsor): $10,000.00
- Three 2-hour mid-conference sessions
- One full page color ads in the syllabus
- Invitation to the Faculty Dinner Wednesday, February 3rd, 2010
- Complimentary Vendor Table
- Recognition in the syllabus and all posted published conference material
- Complimentary invitation for "four individuals" to all conference meals
- Recognition announcement and vendor remarks, twenty minutes prior to the start of the conference Thursday, February 4th, 2010
- Complimentary pre-and post-conference attendee lists
- One half-hour new product spotlight
- Hotel Key-Cards (advertisement on Hotel Room Key)
- Payment in full to The Teton Hand Conference on or before October 15th, 2010
Level II (Diamond Sponsor): $7,000.00

Exhibit Schedule:
- Exibitor set-up begins Tuesday February 2nd @ 3pm
- Vendor exhibits open Tuesday February 2nd - Friday February 5th
- Vendor exhibit hours: 6:30am-7:30pm
- Vendor Reception Dinner Thursday February 4th 7-9:30pm
If you intend to bring guests with you to the meeting, please indicate how many guests will be attending each meal. Please note that for each guest there is an additional charge of $30 per meal. The housing deadline for The Hotel Terra is 10/15/2009 - for best rates contact The Hotel Terra directly.
